Swyft Filings offers their Basic Package at a reasonable price, although they don’t really do much for you in the package. The Standard Package is also reasonably priced and offers some nice features such as an EIN and Operating Agreement. The Deluxe Package really isn’t worth the cost. It does not include enough additional features. If they had added registered agent service, that would have been worthwhile.

Customer support is available by email, phone, and chat Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. They provide fast customer service by all three methods. They also assign each customer their own business specialist, and they give the customer an email and phone number for their specialist. Swyft Filings gets a lot of compliments on their customer service. It is one of their best features.
Ease of Use = 7/10
Swyft Filings does not have the easiest ordering process. It is a long process to order your package, add additional services, and then check out. Swyft Filings is a new formation service on the scene only being founded in 2015. However, they seem to have made a positive impression on most of their customers with an overwhelmingly positive response. Their ordering process is a bit cumbersome, but the price is right and the installment plan is a very nice addition.
